SHOULD I PAY OFF CAR LOAN EARLY OR SAVE FOR A HOME?
Mar 13th
I will be moving in with family and will not have the cost of rent and utiltiies. Should I pay extra towards the principle of my automobile loan, or should i bank the extra money for a down payment on a home.
I have no credit card debt, but have a $3800 loan with fixed payments, 8% interest.
Car payments are $350, 9% interest, 6 more years to pay off loan.
SHOULD I TAKE A HOME EQUITY LOAN TO PAY OFF THE 17,000 IN MEDICAL BILLS I HAVE?
Mar 13th
I got these medical bills from a current surgery and its causing a large financial strain on me. I make enough to live comfortably, but not enough to live comfortably and pay this astounding amount of money each month. I am just wondering, since interest rates are so low right now, is it the right time to take out a home equity loan?

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF YOUR NET INCOME SHOULD YOU SPEND ON ALL YOUR BILLS INCLUDING MORTGAGE, CAR, INSURANCE, ETC.
Jan 9th
Live in New York, just about to purchase a home and am wondering what other people are spending on all their bills as compared to their salary. I am figuring about 55%-60% of my net income will go towards all my bills once I purchase this home. That seems crazy to me but just figured I’d get a consensus from other people.
Thanx.
WHAT ARE SOMETHING I SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHEN TAKING A HOUSE LOAN?
Jan 6th
I’m 19 years old and just started working part time for 9 dolloars an hour. This is a 2 room and one lavatory home for sale for $130,000 and I figure that is a okay deal. Anyways, I do not know if this is a good deal but please give me some advice. Maybe I shouldn’t purchase a home yet. ETC…
What is the ideal loan for my situation. Maybe a 40 year plan or something?!?! O and when I do purchase the house, what are some things a new home buyer should be aware of, the extra bills.
