Apr 29th
Question by Cautiousme:
Should I get a loan on a home I purchased using HELOC?
Hi, I purchased an investment property using my HELOC and I am paying interest each month without paying off the principal. The rent on the home is enough to pay off the monthly interest. While the interest rate is low, should I get a new loan so I can pay off my principle too? Thank you.

WHAT SHOULD I LOOK OUT FOR WHEN GETTING A CAR LOAN?
Apr 11th
Question by SUN vs. MOON:
What should I look out for when getting a automobile loan?
I plan on buying a used automobile off of Craigslist for approx. 5,000, but do not have that kind of cash on hand, so I would like to take out a automobile loan. I do not have any credit yet, but I have applied for a military credit card to begin building that up. I am 18. What kinds of things should I do to prepare for the loan? What should I watch out for or expect? Thanks

WHAT IS THE BEST BANK/FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR STUDENT LOAN CONSOLIDATION …AND SHOULD I WAIT?
Apr 8th
Question by Ashlee H:
What is the ideal bank/financial institution for student loan consolidation …and should I wait?
I’m looking to consolidate my student loans. All my loans right now are NJ CLASS loans and are at around 6.1% …which is low, but in this climate I am certain I will be able to find lower than 5%. I am interested to know what are the ideal banks/financial institutions to work with (from your experience and knowledge), and should I wait for rates to go lower? I know rates are going down, and fast… how long do you guys feel I should hold-out for? I am pretty sure credit scores factor in, but in any case I am certain it’s “good” to “excellent” (I have not actually checked but I have no outstanding credit card debt and I am 99.999% on time/early with payments on all my credit lines).

To help my credit score (FICO), should I pay off my auto loan in one lump sum (9 months remaining on a 3 year loan) or continue paying the monthly payments until the loan is paid off? All payments have been made on time. My balance is about $ 1800.00, and my payments are about $ 210.00.

Question by Bill S:
Should or could I refinance my home loan after my chapter 13 closes?
I have had my home since 2003 and have a 6.5% interest rate. I have a VA Loan. I would like to free up money if possible to pay for student loans. I have been in Bankruptcy for about 5 years. My chapter 13 just closed.
Should I even try to refi, or would my horrible credit not get me a superior rate?

Question by :
What student loan should I pay off first?
I have a student loan that has a 6.8% interest rate (sigh). But it’s a smaller loan, $ 2,000. I have another loan with a 4.5 interest rate, but it’s super large – $ 12,000. Which one is more beneficial for me in the end to make payments on first?
