WHAT IS THE HIGHEST INTEREST RATE FOR A SUBPRIME AUTO LOAN?

I have really horrible credit due to my divorce…like 400! I am working very hard to build it back up. I was “approved” for a subprime auto loan but I want to know what I can anticipate the interest rate to be on a used auto. What is the highest ( worst ) it can be? Are we speaking 30% or more? I live in New York if that matters.

One of the things automobile dealers look for is established credit, if you do not have it they offer the first time buyers package.
Only I do not qualify because even though I have no credit, I do have bad credit because of a Verizon phone/Net bill and a medical bill. Now paying these off is a step in the right direction but it’s not going to help right now in concerns to getting a loan.
Normally I’d be like screw it and get a used private one, only I went through two of them in the past year hurting my self in the process.
Is there ANYTHING I can do?

We have a 5 bedroom, 3 bath double wide home that is on approximately 2 acres. We would like to sell this and either build or purchase another home. We would like to do this swiftly if possible. Will you please let me know ASAP about someone who would loan money to someone who doesn’t have good credit with no money down?
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A STUDENT LOAN COMPANY THAT DOES SPOUSAL CONSOLIDATION?

We know the downside of – if one of us dies the other is responsible for the loan – but we both have such high interest rates and would love to consolidate before they go up again. We are trying to simplify our finances and reap the benefits of smaller payments…

Can I refinance a current auto loan into an auto equity loan? My primary motivation for wanting an auto equity loan is so I can deduct the interests from the auto loan against my income. Serious answers only, please.

I am desperately wanting to buy a home for me and my children. I have a steady income and the down payment but my credit is in bad condition. We desperately need to move from our area, but the rental amounts are too high. I attempted to acquire a loan through Bank Of America, but was denied due to the credit issue. Does anyone know of any lenders that might specialize in this area? Any assistance or advice is greatly appreciated.

I’m about to pay off my car. I am paying it off way ahead of schedule. The original loan was for 5 years, but I paid it off in 18 months. I know that this behavior will positively affect my credit, and my question is this: How long will potential lenders be able to see what I did with my automobile loan?
