We just bought a home and want to consolidate some bills to create a superior cash flow. The problem is we have only been in the home for two months. I am being told that most companies require 6 months to 12 months seasoning to get a home equity loan. Any suggestions?

I’m looking to purchase a home. My credit score is 680, but I have no money to put down. What is the ideal loan option for me? A friend is buying a home and he states his rate is 1% and his mortgage increases by 1% per year. Not his interest rate, but his mortgage payment. That doesn’t sound right to me. Any advice?

We have a 5 bedroom, 3 bath double wide home that is on approximately 2 acres. We would like to sell this and either build or purchase another home. We would like to do this swiftly if possible. I am desperately wanting to buy a home for me and my children. I have a steady income and the down payment but my credit is in bad condition. We desperately need to move from our area, but the rental amounts are too high. I attempted to acquire a loan through Bank Of America, but was denied due to the credit issue. Does anyone know of any lenders that might specialize in this area? Any assistance or advice is greatly appreciated.

The home is paid for and no liens are against it. The home would not pass inspection at this time. I need 20K to make it livable again. Someone told me that the bank would lend the

it also has to be a fha loan … i had a home for 5 years but it was in her name. but i paid for it. and i have the checks to prove it. does that matter. im trying to keep the home through the divorce. she cant afford it and i can. but with the situation do i have a chance?

How long of a credit history do you need to establish to be considered for a home loan? There is no bad credit history, just have not established credit with anyone.
