My parents who are both deceased gave me the 1st option to purchase their home. I want to purchase my sisters out and I want to know if it is superior to get a new mortgage or can I borrow money from the equity in the home and pay them off. There is no mortgage on the home, I only pay taxes.

I have three unpaid medical bills from four years ago on my account. I was going to pay it off (I can afford to now) but I have hread it will lower my score and make it more recent. I also have student loans of 50,000. I just paid down my two credit cards to 10 % of my available credit. I am going to wait until October to apply for a home loan. I am hoping my credit cards pay off will make my score rise by then.

I am 56 years old,disabled from construction accident. Had to file bankruptcy chapter 7. Like to purchase a house, mobile home. My income is SSDI and a pension guaranteed for life. Is it possible to get a loan for this. Or are there other options to own a house. I like the northwest or west. But if something nice is offered I would be intrested. Thanks for any help.
