ill make this story short. I was an alcoholic that turned my life around. I had no home when starting school, and a friends place to stay temporarily. I got into Devry and took out some loans to get myself through school, and have a cheap place to stay. I managed to really do good and graduated Summa Cum Laude of my class. (yea i know, but it was a huge deal to me). So then I decided to stay and get my master’s with further loans. I graduated Magna cum laude from there. Long story short, I could not get a job at my field, but I took an entry level position at a very popular insurance company (fortune 200 business). I worked my way up, but nothing in my field. I make roughly 30,000 right now with 60,000 in student loans all Title IV. I cannot seem to make my payments because they are too high monthly. I did the math and its about 850.00. I have a home note, and a wife and child now. But I am worried about my future. I have been paying some loans in the amount of about 220.00 a month since i’ve graduated, but when the other loans come off forbearance, it will be hard for me. What are my options. I am so lost. Sorry for the bad grammar, at work and I had to type fast. Thanks for any help.

He also has her listed on the property deed as well as the deed of trust for the revolving line of credit. She recently signed paperwork to get her name removed from the property deed. What forms does she need to file in order to have her name removed from the home equity revolving line of credit?

How simple is it to get a home equity loan? I would like to use that to pay off cc debt.?
Im not quite sure if I should be going to a mortgage broker to apply for one, or just go to each bank individually? Also, are there any out there that do not have a repayment penalty? I am also assuming that once the property sells the loan needs to be automatically repaid.
I would also like to know how this will affect my credit score. Is it superior to have an X amount on credit cards, or have that same amount on an equity loan.

Yes, I am taking steps to rebuild my credit but it takes awhile, I am finding. I have found I can get auto loans, but they refer you to a dealership where you pick out a car. I have found a automobile that I really like, but it’s from a third party. I have also tried RoadLoans and was declined. Anyone know of a lender that will give me a loan where I do not have to purchase from a dealer? Thanks!

I am on disability and I have a student loan which amounts to about $ 200 a month. I can’t afford it. I am trying to get my physician to sign the papers for loan forgiveness but I am afraid she might not back me up as the form says that I can’t work in ANY capacity.
