Question by stackedxactor:
student loan consolidation?

i need to consolidate my student loans. i’m still a student though. i was attending one school and the school turned out to be a scam school. now i owe about 40 grand and no one will let me consolidate what i owe because i do not have a degree. if i do not consolidate, i will not be able to keep going to school.

why do you need to consolidate right now? try to see if sallie mae will purchase it if its not already theirs and maybe they will let you do it with a cosigner. it shouldnt matter if you have the degree or not. some banks offer consolidations too but again you will prob need a cosigner. i dont advocate private loans with sallie mae, but they might have more flexibility then the others i am listing below. student loans suck-trust me i have way more then you. good luck!

the very last resort if it was a scam school and your loans were not with the government but maybe through the school itself you should be able to file into bankruptcy, but thats if youre in really bad debt.

The cost of education has increased immensely these days. Most people can’t afford the cost of pursuing good quality education. They need to have a good amount of money at hand to undergo various expenditures incurred during this phase. In the current days, public and private sector banks and other private financial institutions have come to the aid of students wishing to attain first-rate education by giving them loans for this purpose. As the cost of education keeps rising, the loans taken by students also rise proportionally.Visit this web site:http://student-loan-consolidationrebate.blogspot.com/
